No. Kernel Service is designed for business owners. You connect your tools by clicking "Connect" next to each one — no coding, no API keys, no technical setup. If you can use a web browser, you can set up your AI team.

Safer than it is now. Every tenant is completely isolated with separate encryption keys. Your data never leaves your region, we never use it to train AI models, and every action is logged in an immutable audit trail. Your AI agents can't screenshot data, email it to personal accounts, or leave it on a screen.

We currently integrate with Xero, QuickBooks, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Slack, Jira, Monday.com, GitHub, and more. Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and industry-specific tools are coming soon. If you use it, we're probably building a connector for it.

Plans start at $199/month for 3 agents and 5,000 credits. Tasks consume credits based on complexity — a simple lookup costs 1 credit, while multi-step orchestration costs more. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial with Growth plan allowances. We price against the value of work replaced, not the cost of AI calls — so it's always a fraction of hiring. See our pricing page for full details.

Most businesses are up and running in under 30 minutes. Connect your tools, tell your Kernel about your business, and it recommends the right agent team for your industry. Your agents start working immediately.

Completely. Every action is classified by risk level. Low-risk tasks (reading data, summarising, categorising) happen automatically. Anything external-facing or sensitive — like sending emails or moving money — is drafted for your approval first. You decide what's autonomous and what needs sign-off.
